In November of 2015 Augusta Industrial Services announced that it has established an Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP), and that ownership of the company has been transferred to Augusta Industrial Services employees. As a result of this transaction, Augusta Industrial Services employees own 100 percent of Augusta Industrial Services’ stock. There will be no changes in the company’s management, client services, operations, or business strategy. Clyde Pilcher and Gordon Hardy remained on the Board of Directors with the addition of David Beckum as Board Member. Safety + Training

We have 3 authorized OSHA trainers on site to put our team through rigorous training and safety exercises. We also built and maintain a sophisticated training center to train our employees outside of the classroom and increase safety and confidence.   • You must have a valid driver’s license and be approved to drive Augusta Industrial Services’ vehicles by our insurance company. If you become uninsurable by AIS insurance at any time, it may be grounds for dismissal.


  • Three (3) moving violations and/or accidents (types A, B, or C) in the most recent three (3) years.
  • Two (2) moving violations and/or accidents (types A, B, or C) in the most recent year.
  • Drivers with a major conviction (type A) within the past three (3) years.
  • Drivers with a suspended or revoked license.
